American beef festival returns for its third year
American Beef Feast returns to Thailand for its third consecutive year, running from 1 October to 30 November 2026. Gourmet One, in collaboration with the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the US Meat Export Federation (USMEF), will bring premium American beef to hotels, restaurants and retail outlets across the country.
Twenty-six participating hotels and restaurants in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket and Chanthaburi will serve special menus showcasing Swift USDA Prime, Select & Choice and Imperial American Wagyu Beef. Home cooks can also discover these premium selections at 20 participating Tops Food Hall locations.
The official campaign launch took place at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park. Guests included H.E. Mr. Sean K. O’Neill, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand; Mr. Adam Brensson, Agricultural Counselor at the USDA; and Ms. Sabrina Yin, Regional Director, ASEAN, at USMEF. Campaign Partner Badges were presented to representatives of participating hotels, restaurants and Tops Food Hall in recognition of their involvement.
The featured beef selections highlight a variety of flavours and qualities. Swift USDA Prime offers Black Angus beef known for its marbling, tenderness and juiciness. Swift USDA Select & Choice is selected under strict production standards for tenderness, balanced flavour and consistent marbling. Imperial American Wagyu Beef, from the JBS USA portfolio, combines Japanese Wagyu genetics with American-style farming to deliver high marbling, tenderness and rich flavour.
